Human Rights Commission Publishes Enquiry Report on Immigration Detention

The Irish Human Rights Commission has published a report on its Enquiry into the Treatment of a Visitor Refused to land in the State. The Enquiry, which explores immigration procedures and practices at Dublin airport was instigated in relation to a complaint received by IPRT and which we referred to the Human Rights Commission.
