"Problems for children in care": youth justice issues on RTÉ 'This Week'

A report on RTÉ's 'This Week' entitled "Problems for children in care" looked at conditions for those in State care, particularly young offenders.

IPRT Chair, Dr Ursula Kilkelly spoke on Youth Justice issues in Ireland; Prof Fergus McNeill of the University of Glasgow, and keynote speaker at IPRT's Open Forum event in June, commented on positive developments in other jurisdictions.
