New Philanthropy Capital is a think tank which seeks to enhance the effectiveness of charities through their research and advice. 'Trial and Error', their most recent report, provides a guide to charities on the issue of young offenders and how charities should tackle this problem.
Working with relevant organisations, NPC has compiled and produced a report which outlines the nature and scale of youth offending, and outlines a 'what works' approach.
