Council of Europe: Consultation on Child-Friendly Justice

Do you know someone aged 17 or under?

The Council of Europe has launched a consultation with children and young people to feed into forthcoming guidelines on child-friendly justice.

The guidelines are intended to protect children's rights in justice; the Council of Europe now seeks children and young people's views and experiences before finishing and publishing the rules.
