Oireachtas debate on the use of Temporary Release

Deputy Dermot Ahern defends the current prison system stating that the use of temporary release is to re-integrate offenders back into society.

Deputy Charlie Flanagan criticizes the Minister, reporting that it's use is to alleviate the current overcrowding crisis and states the minister cannot see the failing prison system collapsing around him.
