RTÉ Six One News: 'Govt urged to address prison overcrowding'

06102011_Liam Herrick on Six One_UPRIreland's first hearing under the UN Universal Periodic Review took place today in Geneva. A third of the 48 Member States present recommended that Ireland urgently address prison issues including 'slopping out', overcrowding and violence.
