A Working Group to conduct a strategic review of penal policy has been established by the Minister for Justice. The Working Group is now accepting submissions (in writing or by e-mail) from any interested person, organisation or group to assist it with its task.
"In particular, views are sought from those who have had contact with the criminal justice system, including victims of crime, offenders and practitioners."
