FLAC would like to invite you to the next seminar in its series on Public Interest Law in Ireland. The seminar series is intended to provoke discussion around Public Interest Law and Litigation (PILL) in Ireland. It follows a major conference on PILL in October 2005 which brought together lawyers, NGOs and activists for contributions from people involved in PILL, in Ireland and further afield. It culminates in a Roundtable event on 30 June.
Entitled "How PILL can address the needs of NGOs",the seminarwill cover how PILL can address issues for voluntary and community organisations who work with disadvantaged and vulnerable groups. The seminar will be of interest to non-governmental organisations, advocates, lawyers within the community legal sector and lawyers and policy makers generally.
