An address by Vivien Stern at the International Commission of Catholic Prison Pastoral Care Congress, Dublin.
Vivien Stern is Senior Research Fellow at the International Centre for Prison Studies, King's College London. She has wide experience in criminal justice work and with non-governmental organisations. Since 1989 she has been honorary Secretary General of Penal Reform International, a network for prison reform which currently has projects in 40 countries.
