IPRT Strategic Plan 2008-10

In 2008 we undertook a review of our work to date with a view to bringing coherence and clarity of purpose to our activities. This process culminated in the IPRT Strategic Plan 2008-2010 and the identification of four key Organisational Goals:

• to develop a coherent and comprehensive base of research and policy
• to raise awareness of the work of IPRT and of penal reform issues
• to campaign across our policy remit by building alliances with key stakeholders
• to grow the organisation in an incremental and sustainable manner

All of our activities are informed by the Vision, Mission and Values of the Organisation.
