Following the conviction of Stephen Egan for the manslaughter, through diminished responsibility, of Gary Douche in Mountjoy Prison in August 2006, Liam Herrick spoke to RTÉ's 'Morning Ireland' on the ways prisoners with mental health problems are dealt with in the Irish penal system.
