RTÉ 'This Week': the movement of youth offenders to Oberstown

Colm Ó Mongáin of RTÉ's 'This Week' (23rd June 2013, 1.30pm) interviewed Ombudsman for Children, Emily Logan on her concerns around the delays in development required at Oberstown campus in order to bring to an end the imprisonment of children in St Patrick's Instn - a commitment in the current Programme for Government.

IMPACT Spokesperson Catherine Keogh responded, as did Liam Herrick of the Irish Penal Reform Trust.
