Mr. Wall asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the running costs of the prisons proposed to be closed for each of the past three years; the number of prison staff involved; the number of educational staff involved; the number of administrative staff involved in each of the cuts; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
