Parliamentary Question: Juvenile Detention Centre

370. Mr. O'Connor asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if his decision in respect of the proposed juvenile detention centre on the green belt at Kingswood Heights, Tallaght, Dublin 24, has now been conveyed to South Dublin City Council which had submitted strong objections in the matter; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [14242/03]
