Irish Prison Service Annual Report 2011

The Irish Prison Service Annual Report 2011 was published today, and is available online.

On its publication, IPRT welcomed the levelling off of prisoner numbers, but expressed serious concern that the number of committals among female offenders and fine defaulters continues to rise.
