16. n October 2023, of 710 people in prison on restricted regime: 22 were Rule 62 (on grounds of order); 685 were Rule 63 (protection/vulnerability); 1 was Rule 64 (medical); and 1 person in prison was restricted due to discipline (Rule 67)

In April 2022, of 758 restricted regime prisoners: 16 were Rule 62; 563 were Rule 63 (voluntary); 12 were Rule 63 (involuntary); 0 were Rule 64; and 167 prisoners were restricted due to COVID-19 infection control measures, Rule 103.

In January 2022, of 982 restricted regime prisoners: 16 were Rule 62; 460 were Rule 63 (voluntary); 32 were Rule 63 (involuntary); 3 were Rule 64; and 471 prisoners were restricted due to COVID-19 infection control measures, Rule 103.

In April 2021, of 743 restricted regime prisoners: 18 were Rule 62; 538 were Rule 63 (voluntary); 18 were Rule 63 (involuntary); 2 were Rule 64; and 167 prisoners were restricted due to COVID-19 infection control measures, Rule 103.

In October 2020, of 728 restricted regime prisoners: 34 were Rule 62; 523 were Rule 63 (voluntary); 10 were Rule 63 (involuntary); 0 was Rule 64; and 161 prisoners were restricted due to COVID-19 infection control measures, Rule 203.
